1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Grid Goals mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grid Goals regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Grid Goals is a habit tracking and self-improvement application that utilizes artificial intelligence to assist users in setting, monitoring, and reflecting on their goals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

3. User Accounts & Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Grid Goals cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Violate or encourage others to violate any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right.
  • Interfere with security-related features of the App, including by reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the App.
  • Perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grid Goals and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Grid Goals.

6. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes services provided by OpenAI to generate content and insights. By using the App, you acknowledge that your input data may be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Grid Goals makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grid Goals, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
